BJC Construction Projects Ltd was started by Ben Cliffe in 2020 to develop a construction project management company that would utilise not only his years of experience, but also his professional, hands-on, can-do approach. The company now offers project management consultancy, headed up by Ben himself, but with an excellent team around him who can help and support as needed.
From tender to handover and everything in between, the team’s focus is to make sure that your project comes to fruition painlessly and within the cost and timescales agreed. We have worked extensively for both construction companies and private clients ranging from small-scale to multi-million-pound projects. Our experience has taught us that attention to detail, regular update meetings and having access to the best subcontractors are all key to a successful project.
We offer three core services to the construction industry and private individuals - Project Management, Cost Consultancy, and Contract Management. However, if your project falls outside these categories, we would still be delighted to talk, as we are happy to offer bespoke project support.
