Works include the refurbishment of the existing house to the highest standard, together with two new side and rear extensions and a new pitched roof with second floor living space.
Internally the property will be finished to the highest standard with a bespoke joinery package and high-end finishes throughout. The whole house will be controlled by a KNX smart control system. Hard and soft landscaping works will finish the property off externally.

This project started out like many of the projects which I tender for, with a design package from the design team. My role was to turn this into a realistic cost for the client that fell fully in line with their requirements. I managed the entire budget process including getting quotes from all of the required suppliers and specialist subcontractors.
I was successful with winning this project for my client and I am now project managing this on site.
