A year into its development, I was asked to get involved in a block of 67 new build flats being built by a renowned developer just outside Birmingham’s city centre. I was brought in to help bring the project back on track. I was very focused on the cost management aspect as well as the selection and management of subcontractors to bring the project back within the developer’s budget. This was a challenging but rewarding project.
