My client and their design team created an extremely high end and prestigious design package from the start. This meant for me as the project manager, my skills were tested to the limit as every detail needed to be executed to perfection.
It was a real pleasure and quite a learning curve to work with such a detailed and passionate client and design team. I now take my deeper understanding of executing details on a project like this, to all of my projects. I now know how much of a difference the details matter to clients like this.
